Find an Advocate
Advocates provide a free service and can assist you to resolve
your complaint about a health or disability service.
An advocate initially assists by listening to your complaint and
giving you information about your rights and options for
resolution.
The advocate can then support you to express and try to resolve
your concerns directly with the health or disability service
provider.
